Features

What’s in an Arc.

Eight surfaces, one record. Each exists to answer a question an owner actually asks — not to fill a feature grid.

Living thesis

What you believe about how the business creates value, written down and kept honest. Arc tracks which parts rest on evidence and which rest on faith, and tells you when a part needs attention.

Decision ledger

Every consequential choice with its rationale, the alternatives you weighed, who owned it, what you expected to happen, and when it should be looked at again.

Assumption register

The conditions that must stay true for the plan to work. When evidence starts contradicting one, Arc raises it rather than quietly averaging it away.

Evidence graph

Sourced observations connected to the beliefs they support or weaken — each labelled as fact, estimate, belief or inference, with its freshness attached.

Monitors and signals

Bounded watchers for the things you would want to know about: a competitor’s pricing, a cost line, a churn pattern, a promise coming due. Each signal names the beliefs it touches.

Weekly Arc Brief

One short synthesis a week: what changed, what it affects, what deserves your attention. Not a digest of everything that happened.

Timeline

The chronological record of decisions, changes and outcomes — so you can see where the strategy actually moved, and what moved it.

Ask your Arc

Plain questions, answered from your company’s own record with the sources attached. When Arc does not know, it says so rather than guessing.

Boundaries

Four things Arc will not do.

The market around this one is loud. Several products in it promise to run your company while you sleep. These are the commitments that make Arc the opposite of that, and they are not a launch-phase caution — they are the design.

It will not act without you.
Nothing consequential leaves Arc or changes in your business without explicit approval. There is no autonomous mode to switch on later.
It will not perform certainty.
Every consequential recommendation carries its evidence, its uncertainty, and the condition that would change the conclusion. No score without a reason behind it.
It will not quietly rewrite history.
When the thesis changes, the previous version stays on the record. You can always see what the company used to believe and when it stopped.
It will not replace your tools.
Arc sits above the CRM, the accounts, the docs and the inbox. It is the layer that remembers why, not another place to do the work.

Put your company’s memory somewhere it survives.

Founding Arc members shape what gets built first. If one of these surfaces is the one you need, that is worth telling us.
