These Terms of Use govern your access to companyarc.com and the Company Arc waitlist operated by Zurvn (“Company Arc,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

The service today

This website describes Company Arc—a forthcoming software product for persistent strategic memory for builders and business owners—and collects waitlist interest. Features, pricing, and availability may change before general launch.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription, guarantee access, or form a customer agreement for the full product. We may invite waitlist members to design-partner or early-access programs at our discretion.

Acceptable use

• Provide accurate contact information.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or break the site’s security.
• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes.

Payments (when offered)

Paid Company Arc plans, if and when offered, will be billed through Stripe or another payment processor we designate. Prices, taxes, renewals, and refunds will be described at checkout or in a separate order form. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and product materials are owned by Zurvn or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or written permission.

Disclaimer

The site and waitlist are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that pre-launch descriptions will match the final product in every respect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this pre-launch site.
