This Privacy Policy describes how Company Arc by Zurvn (“Company Arc,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit companyarc.com or join our waitlist.

Who we are

Company Arc is a software product for persistent strategic memory for builders and business owners. Contact: hello@companyarc.com.

Information we collect

• Waitlist email: the email address you submit to join the waitlist.
• Optional notes: any message you later send to our contact addresses.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and reliability.
• Payment data: when paid products launch, payment card details are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How we use information

• To operate the waitlist and send early-access or product updates you requested.
• To respond to support or business inquiries.
• To provide paid services, billing, receipts, and account notices (including via Stripe and transactional email such as Amazon SES).
• To prevent abuse, secure our systems, and comply with law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Email communications

Waitlist and transactional messages may be sent from addresses on companyarc.com (for example via Amazon Simple Email Service or another email provider we configure). You can unsubscribe from non-transactional updates using the link in those emails or by writing to hello@companyarc.com.

Processors

We may use trusted service providers to host the site, send email, and process payments, including:

• Hosting / application infrastructure (e.g. Vercel)
• Email delivery (e.g. Amazon SES or Resend)
• Payments (Stripe)

These providers process data under their terms and only as needed to provide their services to us.

Retention

Waitlist emails are kept until you ask to be removed, or until we determine the waitlist is no longer needed and delete or migrate the list into a product account with your consent where required.

Your choices

• Request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist email.
• Opt out of marketing-style product updates (transactional mail may still be required for accounts/payments).

Children

Company Arc is directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product launches. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
