Founding Arc

Ten seats to start.

Company Arc is pre-launch. Rather than publish prices for a product you cannot buy yet, we are building it with ten owner-operated companies whose strategy still lives in one head. We will talk to more than ten — applying puts you in that conversation, not in a queue.

The honest version

There is no price on this page yet.

We could invent three tiers, put a popular badge on the middle one, and let you fill in a form. Most pre-launch sites do. But Arc’s entire premise is that a business should be able to see the evidence behind a claim — and we have no evidence yet about what Arc is worth to you.

So the arrangement is this instead: ten founding seats, a real conversation before any of them is offered, and a rate that gets locked before it ever gets charged.

Ten is the cap, not the target for applications. We would rather read twenty-five and pick ten well than fill the group with whoever wrote in first — the point of a design-partner program is the partners.

What founding members get

Built with you, not sold to you.

A built Arc, not an empty one
We run the guided interview and stand up your thesis, decision ledger and assumption register from what you already have. You participate in a few conversations; you do not start from a blank page.
Direct line to the people building it
No support queue. You talk to the person who will change the product.
Founding pricing, locked
When Arc is priced, founding members keep their rate for the life of the subscription. You will see the number before it applies to you, and you can walk.
Your data, portable from day one
Export everything, whenever. Nothing about the arrangement depends on it being hard to leave.

What we ask back

Three things, and they are not money.

Real context
Arc only works on a real business with real decisions. A sandbox account tells us nothing and gets you nothing.
Honest reactions
A short conversation every few weeks. When Arc is wrong or annoying, we need to hear it in your words.
Patience with an unfinished product
Early Arc will have gaps. You are trading polish for influence over what gets built.

Fit

Who this is for.

A good fit

  • Owner-operated, roughly 3–50 people
  • The strategy is real but mostly undocumented
  • You are the integration layer between every tool and every decision
  • You have made the same mistake twice and noticed
  • You want the business to be transferable one day

Not a fit

  • You want AI to run the company autonomously
  • You want a one-off report or an idea list
  • You need inbox triage and calendar management — that market is well served already
  • The business is pre-idea; there is nothing yet to remember

Process

What happens after you write in.

You tell us about the business

A few sentences is enough. What it does, roughly how many people, and what you are tired of holding in your head.

We talk, properly

Thirty minutes with the person building it. If Arc is not right for you we will say so on that call rather than sell you a seat.

We build your Arc

The guided interview plus whatever you already have. You are not filling in a blank product.

You keep the rate

When pricing is set you see it first, and your founding rate holds for the life of the subscription.

Apply

Tell us about the business.

A few sentences is enough. Next step is a 30-minute call — and if Arc is not right for you, we will say so on that call rather than sell you one of the ten seats.

Takes you straight to the calendar. We reply personally — no sequence, no drip, no spam.
